Mr. Hallmark helps manage development in the Austin area. He joined OHT in 2018 as a Development Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2021. Originally from Austin, Mr. Hallmark earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and enjoys spending time outdoors and with his family.
