Mr. Terwilliger oversees all construction operations in the Houston area. He joined the OHT team in 2013 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2015. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Mr. Terwilliger graduated from Florida State University and is happiest in the great outdoors, especially when hunting and fishing.
