Mr. Terwilliger oversees all construction operations in the Houston area. He joined the OHT team in 2013 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2015. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Mr. Terwilliger graduated from Florida State University and is happiest spending time with his wife and son, and in the great outdoors, especially when hunting and fishing.
