Mr. Simons oversees OHT development in the Houston and San Antonio markets. He joined the company in 2019 as a Development Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2021. He previously served as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, investing in real estate across the Southwestern United States on behalf of the bank’s institutional clients. Mr. Simons graduated from the Business Honors Program at The University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA). The Austin native is a lifelong Texas Longhorn fan who likes to relax by fishing off the Texas Coast.
