Mr. Hallmark oversees development activities across the Austin and San Antonio markets. He joined OHT in 2018 as a Development Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2021. A native Austinite, Mr. Hallmark holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Hallmark resides in Austin with his wife, Eleanor, and their three children.
