Mrs. Frazier serves as Director of Investor Relations for OHT Partners, joining the firm in 2022. In her role, she oversees the company’s investor relations and marketing departments, and also assists with lender relations. Mrs. Frazier spent her earlier career in the oil and gas industry before transitioning to real estate. She graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Corporate Finance and minors in Accounting and French. A Houston native but proud Longhorn, Mrs. Frazier lives in Austin with her husband, Benjamin, their two children, and their golden retriever.
