Mr. Samuels oversees day-to-day construction accounting, financial budgeting, reporting, and tax compliance. He began his career at OHT as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Vice President of Construction Finance in 2026. He graduated from Concordia University Texas with a degree in accounting and played on the Concordia Men’s Basketball team for four years. A Houston native, Mr. Samuels is married and has one son. Outside of work, he volunteers at Austin Ridge Bible Church, enjoys playing basketball, and cheers for his Los Angeles Lakers.
