Mr. Bedell oversees day-to-day accounting, financial budgeting, financial reporting, real estate transactions, tax compliance and banking and lender relationships. He began his career at OHT as Controller in 2013 and was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2015 and CFO in 2017. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he graduated from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. The Louisiana native is married and has two young daughters. When not at work or chasing his kids around Austin’s greenbelt, Mr. Bedell volunteers for Meals on Wheels Central Texas, plays golf and cheers for his beloved Texas Longhorns and New Orleans Saints.
