Mr. Godvin helps oversee capital markets for OHT. He joined OHT in 2021 after four and a half years at JLL, where he most recently served in the firm’s debt and equity group. A Dallas native, David graduated from Boston College and is married with three children, two sons and a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, cheering for the Dallas Stars, and playing golf.
