Mr. Godvin helps oversees capital markets for OHT. He joined OHT in 2021 after four and a half years at JLL where he most recently served in the company’s debt and equity group. A Dallas native, David graduated from Boston College and is married with a young son. In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, cheering for the Dallas Stars and playing golf.
